Whatever it is you need to get your home, office or garage storage sorted, we have it. However, what if you're not sure about what you need? What if you need a little more advice or assistance? Don't worry - just read on for some of our most frequently asked questions, and all the answers, that might be able to point you in the right direction.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ITEMS

If you need to return your items for any reason you can; you can check out the whole returns policy here, however the main points are that you need to return your items within 30 days of receiving them, they need to be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning your items. If you would like us to organise a courier collection for you, we can, however this comes at a flat charge of £11 per box.

Once they have returned to our warehouse, we'll be able to check them over, and process a refund for you - which will be paid back to the method of the original transaction.

The best way to start is to send us an email to info@gnoc.co.uk including your order details and an explanation of why you want to return your items, and our customer service team will be happy to help.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY

Delivery is included in the cost of the products for mainland UK (with some notable exceptions for our out of area post codes - sorry highlands). Our standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days, and we'll process your order the same day if you're ordering before noon Mon - Fri.

If you're after your products a little quicker than that, then there are options available at checkout for next day delivery and saturday delivery - although these need to be selected before noon the day before delivery date to apply. Please keep this in mind, as if you order at 15.00 on a Tuesday afternoon and select a next day service, then that delivery won't be until Thursday, and you will still be charged for the next day fee. Similarly, if you're choosing a Saturday delivery on a Friday afternoon, then that delivery won't be made until a week on saturday (i.e. over seven days) and you will still be charged.

DO YOU DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Yeah, we do - see above. Next day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge, unless you're in one of our out of area post codes. Please keep in mind that you need to order before noon to get next day delivery, but you will still be charged if you order after that, even if your order is processed and collected the following day.

DO YOU DO WEEKEND DELIVERY

Yeah, again, see a couple of points ago. We do a Saturday delivery option at the checkout, as long as you're ordering before noon the friday before delivery is due, and that you pay the saturday service fee. Again, just be careful you're not ordering after the noon cut off as you will still be charged, even if you're waiting a further 7 days for your order.

Unfortunately we don't do a Sunday delivery - but hey, everyone needs a day to eat their weight in Yorkshire puddings and fall asleep on the sofa.
