If you’re new here, welcome, we are Rhino Racking and we are the UK’s leading shelving and storage experts and specialise in creating the easiest and most efficient storage solutions for you.
When it comes to storage, we want to be able to make it as easy as possible for you to build and therefore our units are all boltless an easy to assemble.
Where are the instructions kept?
When you receive your parcel, your instructions will be kept in between the MDF boards, and these are clear step-by-step instructions on how to build your boards. If for any reason they are not between the boards, we can send out some new ones for you or alternatively you can view them here.
Does delivery cost?
We offer free standard delivery for mainland UK, but delivery does cost if you want next day or Saturday delivery (so to answer your next question we do Saturday delivery too yey!).
How long does shipping take?
If you order before 12am we will ship your order out that day and we aim for it to be delivered between 2-5 days.
How do I return my items?
We are always sad to hear that you want to return your items, but we are happy to help you do so. Returns cost £12 per box if you want us to sort out a courier to pick these up for you. Just give us a call and we can sort this for you. Once we receive the parcel back at our warehouse, we will refund you ASAP.
If you would like to use your own courier to return the items that is fine! Just let us know and keep your tracking information handy.
What is the best way to protect the shelving?
When using MDF shelves, they can be susceptible to mould/bowing when used in areas with poor airflow, high humidity, or dampness. The best way to prevent this from happening is using paint, varnish, or stain on the boards and this will seal them, and prevent any moisture seeping in. You can read more about this on our blogpost.
What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
Our most popular items can sadly go out of stock sometimes, but no need to panic! By signing up to our mailing list and following us on socials (Instagram or Facebook) we post stock updates regularly so you never miss out on your favourite items again!
